A charming little town sitiuated betwen Isparta and Yalvaç, stands near the ancient city of Pisidia Antiocheia. An important location that connect's the mediteranean to the Anatolian region. This area was visited by St. Paul and St. Barnabas in 46 A.D. Among the ruins of Yalvaç be sure to see St. Paul's Basilica, the aqueducts, Augustus' Temple, the theatre and public baths as you walk along the city's marble streets. The Archaeological Museum in Yalvac itself displays several important regional artefacts. Eğirdir reserves excellent fish restaurants, There’s some sightseeing to be done in town. It is also on the way to several must see towns of the mediteranean region.
